Our Story Is Our Strength

A Florentine Passion for True Espresso

From a small coffee roastery founded in 1953 to a Historic Brand, without ever changing our idea of quality.

Jolly Caffè was born from a simple, stubborn belief: that a true espresso is a small everyday masterpiece, and that it deserves complete dedication. From this conviction, in Florence in the early 1950s, a coffee roastery took shape, making quality not a goal to display, but a way of working every day.

Over the years, the company has grown without losing its artisanal roots. It has chosen quality even when that meant doing more, and doing it the harder way: roasting each origin separately, studying coffee side by side with professional tasters, and defining in precise terms what makes an espresso truly Italian. This path led Jolly to help establish the institutions that still define the standard of Espresso Italiano today, and to become the first company in Italy to certify its own blend.

That same care goes beyond the cup. A dedicated training room, because great coffee is born from the understanding between roaster and barista. A deep bond with Florence, together with a presence in dozens of countries, where the style of Florentine espresso travels without losing its identity. More than seventy years later, this consistency has received an official name: Historic Brand of National Interest. For us, it means one thing only: continuing to do things properly.

Our Work Is Our Passion

From green coffee bean to cup, every step is a choice of quality.
We have always believed in quality, and for us quality is a process, not a slogan. We roast each origin separately, control every stage and train the people who serve our coffee every day.
Training is as much a part of our craft as roasting: since 2001, we have had a dedicated training room, and we support venues with technical assistance.
