Professional Training for Italian Espresso
At the Jolly Caffè Training Centre, we organize courses for professionals, industry operators and coffee lovers who want to deepen their knowledge of Italian espresso, from tasting to extraction technique.

Italian Espresso Tasting (M1)
An eight-hour course dedicated to Italian espresso tasting, combining theory with practical sensory evaluation. Participants learn how to assess espresso through sight, smell and taste, using the tasting sheet and understanding the main factors that influence quality in the cup: origin, processing, roasting, packaging, blend, grinding, espresso machine and extraction.
The course ends with an exam consisting of a theoretical test and a practical sensory evaluation.

Italian Espresso Specialist (M2)
A specialist course designed for those who want to understand Italian espresso in greater depth, combining historical, sensory and technical knowledge. The course covers the origins and evolution of Italian espresso, the sensory styles of blends, the role of water, grinding and extraction, through to the sensory profile of Italian cappuccino.
The practical part includes tasting activities, panel calibration, comparison of different Italian espresso styles and Italian cappuccino tasting.
